Festival Network Symposium
On the 16th July 2010, the Arterial Network, in association wtih the Zanzibar International Film Festival (ZIFF), and with the support of the British Council UK and Stitching DOEN, organised a symposium on African festivals in Stone Town, Zanzibar, parallel to the ZIFF.
38 participants (Festival Directors mostly) from notably 13 African countries attend the Symposium, as well as from Europe and the USA.
The keynote speakers were David Slocum, from the Berlin School of Creative Leadership and Martin Mhando, Director of ZIFF.
